Learning specialist with over 10 years of experience, I design engaging and interactive learning materials for diverse global audiences. My work spans over 5 countries, fostering cultural sensitivity and building strong relationships with learners and SEM. I use technology to create innovative materials, making complex topics approachable and engaging. A strong advocate for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), I lead initiatives to ensure equitable educational experiences for all. A self-motivated and lifelong learner, continuously seeking opportunities to develop my knowledge and skills.
My approach to learning design.
I prioritize clear and interactive communication to facilitate a seamless understanding of concepts, no matter the content difficulty. I believe in creating engaging and learner-centric designs that accommodate diverse learning styles, utilizing innovative methods and technology platforms to enhance the overall learner experience.
How I work with people?
Working collaboratively is fundamental to my approach. I thrive on building authentic relationships with peers, SMEs, course users and stakeholders to ensure that the programs I design serve audiences across the business.
E- learning Tool Box.
I turn complex knowledge into engaging eLearning with Articulate, Adobe Captivate & Camtasia. I design visuals with Canva, Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom and manage courses on LMS platforms like Schoology & Moodle. All while collaborating using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools.
What else?
Outside of learning design, I enjoy hiking mountains, capturing authentic moments through photography, practicing mindfulness and off-roading on my moto.
